Open Edition Prints:
Prints are quality 'fine art' reproductions created with archival inks on matte archival paper with the superior seven ink, fine art printer, the Epson 2100. All prints are shipped flat in acid free plastic sleeves. While the Open edition prints are quality prints, they are not handsigned. Open edition prints are lightfast for up to 75 years if stored behind glass away from direct UV light and chemical contaminants.
Limited Edition Prints:
Limited Edition Prints are quality 'fine art' reproductions of the same standard as the open edition prints, however only a limited number will ever be made available. Each print is created on a superior seven ink, fine art printer, the Epson 2100, and are are lightfast for up to 100 years. They are shipped flat in an acid free plastic sleeve. Limited Edition Prints are handsigned and numbered. The print runs are usually 75 or 100 only. Unfortunately, limited edition prints, due to their very nature, are not available for wholesale purchase.
Print Sizes:
The image size to page size is as follows:
- Page size 5.5"x8.5" (A5) - Print size 5"x7"
- Page size 8.5"x11" (A4) - Print sizes 8"x10" and 8.5"x11.5"
- Page size 11.75"x16.75" (A3) - Print sizes 11"x14" and 11.75"x16.75"
Currency, Prices, and Taxes:
Dream of Dragons is an Australian-based company, however, as most of the clientele are from the United States all prices are listed in U.S. dollars. The approximate Au$ wholesale prices for prints are as follows -- small Au$6.25, medium Au$12.50, and large Au$25.00. Yet due to our current competitive exchange rate, the actual cost may be lower. At present, Dream of Dragons is not required to collect GST, and and taxes or customs fees incurred by international clientele are the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment:
All international and credit card orders are processed through Paypal.com. This process is completely secure and allows you to pay via credit card and several other convenient options. This means that Dreams of Dragon never stores or has access to your credit card information.
Direct Debit, Money Order and Cheque payments are available to Australian clientele only. Please understand that no orders are processed until payments have been received or cleared.
Processing and Shipping:
Due to the fact that Dreams of Gaia is a one person operation order processing will take 7 to 10 business days, and up to 15 working days during busy periods such as Christmas. International orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia, via EMS Couriers and will take 3 to 7 business days to arrive, while local orders are shipped via Express Parcel Post and take 1 to 2 days to arrive. Orders are not insured unless requested and no exchanges will be given on damaged items unless insurance is nominated.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Dreams of Gaia accepts the return of damaged items only, and then only if the client has nominated insurance. The damaged print/s are to be returned within 5 to 10 business days from original shipment date. Shipping of damaged items is the responsibility of the client. Refunds are not given. Damaged items will be exchanged only for the same items originally ordered.
Minimum Orders:
There is a minimum order value of $200.00. This does not include shipping. There is no quantity minimum as long as the minimum order value is reached.
Shipping:
Due to our desire to have your orders to you by the safest and most expedient shipping methods, international orders are shipped by EMS International Couriers to your nominated shipping address, while local Australian orders are shipped by Express Parcel Post to your nominated shipping address. A signature is for all orders. Please nominate your shipping option in the shopping cart.

Accounts:
For those repeat clientele who order stock regularly, we offer a 14 day account and will ship your order with an invoice to be paid within 14 days of receipt. At present, this option is available to Australian customers only and an ABN number and copy of business registration must be provided.
